Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer
These terms describe how Koza is intended to work, written from the product rather than from a template. They have not been reviewed by a solicitor. Limitation of liability, indemnity and consumer-law carve-outs in particular need professional drafting before this is relied on in a dispute or put in front of a paying customer.

Terms of Service

Draft · 22 August 2026

This is the agreement between you and Koza. We have tried to write it in plain English, because a contract you cannot read is not much of a contract.

The agreementYour accountYour content stays yoursHow you may use KozaConnected platformsBooking links and calendarsOzaPayingAvailabilityEnding itLiabilityGoverning law

The agreement

Koza is operated by Nexity Agency. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming that you are allowed to bind it.

Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement.

Your account

  • You need to be 18 or over
  • Give us accurate details, and keep them current
  • Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in
  • You are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace

Your content stays yours

Everything you put into Koza — posts, captions, images, video, client records — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, show it to the people you have shared it with, and publish it to the accounts you have connected when you tell us to. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your workspace.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for having permission to hold your clients’ information.

How you may use Koza

Use it for your work. Do not use it to:

  • Break the law, or the rules of a connected platform
  • Post content you do not have the rights to
  • Harass anyone, or publish material that is unlawful or hateful
  • Send spam or operate deceptive accounts
  • Attack, probe or overload the service, or work around its limits
  • Resell Koza as your own product, unless we have agreed that in writing

Connected platforms

When you connect Instagram, Facebook or Google, that platform’s own terms apply to your use of it, alongside these. Those platforms change their rules and their interfaces without consulting us.

So: if a platform changes a permission, rejects a post, rate-limits your account, or removes an integration, we will adapt as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise that publishing will always succeed. Scheduling a post in Koza is an instruction to try, not a guarantee that it will appear.

Booking links and calendars

A booking link offers times based on what your connected calendar reports as free. That makes it only as accurate as the calendar behind it. If a host has not connected their calendar, has revoked access, keeps commitments somewhere Koza cannot see, or Google is slow to reflect a change, a slot can be offered that is not really free.

We do our best to prevent double bookings and we hold the slot the moment it is taken, but a booking is an instruction to reserve time, not a guarantee that the time is available. Confirm anything that matters.

When someone books, Koza adds the event to the hosts’ calendars and stores the name, email and any answers that person gave. You are responsible for how you handle those details, including telling the person what you will do with them. Koza keeps them inside your workspace and never shows them on the public booking page.

Revoking Koza’s access at Google stops it writing to that calendar immediately. Bookings already made stay in your workspace, but they will no longer appear on the calendar, and new bookings for that host will stop.

Oza

Oza drafts and suggests. It does not decide. Everything it produces is a starting point that you should read before it goes anywhere near a client.

  • Output can be wrong, dated, or badly judged. Check it
  • You are responsible for anything you publish, whoever drafted it
  • Oza is not legal, financial or professional advice
  • Using an Oza feature sends the relevant content to our AI sub-processor — see the Privacy Policy

Paying

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose
  • Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise
  • If a payment fails we will tell you before anything is restricted
  • Cancel whenever you like; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for
  • If we change prices, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and it will not affect a period you have already paid for

Availability

We work to keep Koza running, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.

Features change. We add things, and occasionally remove them. If we remove something you depend on, we will tell you in advance and, where we can, give you a way to get your data out.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you want. Ask us and we will delete your workspace — the Privacy Policy explains what happens to the data.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. Except in urgent cases we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of anything you have paid.

Liability

Koza is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost data beyond that.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If we change these terms we will update this page and change the date. For material changes we will email you before they take effect.

Questions about these terms? Write to hello@usekoza.com and a person will answer.
